Returns & Warranty Policy

At PartEVO, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Below you will find our comprehensive policies regarding product returns, refunds, and warranty terms.

Return Policy & Eligibility

We offer free returns within the EU and UK (with the exception of Cyprus and Malta), provided the following conditions and timelines are met:

Notification Window: You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Window: Once your return is officially approved, you have up to 7 days to dispatch the item back to us.

Authorized Shipping: Free returns are only valid when using our provided return labels or our organized courier service. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns arranged independently by customers.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must meet these strict criteria:

The item must be completely unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Electronic Parts Special Rule: All factory seals and stickers on electronic components must be fully intact and unbroken. Returns will not be accepted if any seals have been tampered with or removed.

⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to install an item if it appears defective or incorrect upon arrival. Installed items may no longer be eligible for a return or refund. Please contact us immediately if you notice any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

An item is strictly ineligible for a return or refund if:

More than 14 days have passed since you received the product.

The product was explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

The item is custom-made, personalized, or a special-order component.

The product has been used, damaged, or installed.

It is an electronic component with tampered or removed factory seals.

International Returns (Outside EU & UK)

For returns originating outside the EU and UK (including Cyprus and Malta):

Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless the product arrived incorrect or damaged.

Customs Issues: In cases of customs refusal or unpaid import duties, the parcel may be returned to us or destroyed. Any associated fees or losses will be deducted from your final refund.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate your request.
  2. Review: We will assess your eligibility and issue a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack: Package the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  4. Inspect: Once your package is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the items and notify you of your refund status.

Refund Policy

Item Refund: If the returned item meets all criteria, we will issue a full refund for the product price.

Shipping Fee Refund: Original shipping charges are only refunded if the return is initiated within the 14-day window, or if the item delivered was faulty or incorrect.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Packaging Liability: If a return arrives damaged due to poor or improper packaging, we reserve the right to reduce or reject the refund amount.

Warranty Terms

Our product warranty is strictly valid under the following conditions:

Professional Installation: The part must be installed by a certified technician at an authorized automotive service center.

Documentation: Any warranty claim must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and official installation documentation.

Geographical Limit: This warranty is valid only within the EU. Parts taken outside the EU are completely excluded from coverage.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

Normal wear and tear from vehicle operation.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized vehicle modifications.

Our total liability under any circumstance is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the part. Some local laws do not allow specific limitations on warranties; in such jurisdictions, your legal rights may vary.
